MPrint Aternis is a professional flatbed edible printer for direct printing on confectionery products and other products with a suitable surface.
The 30 × 42 cm working area allows you to place one large product or several smaller products on the table at the same time. A maximum product height of 16 cm makes it possible to work with cakes and other larger confectionery products.
Automatic height adjustment with laser control simplifies preparation before printing. Aternis uses CMYK edible inks, an integrated continuous ink supply system and connects to a computer via USB.
Laser Product Height Control
After products are placed on the table, the laser system detects their height and automatically moves the table to the working position. The system also helps ensure that the product is positioned safely relative to the printing unit.
The larger working area allows printing on one large product or placing several smaller products on the table for a single print cycle.
Aternis uses CMYK edible inks and an integrated continuous ink supply system. The printer performs automatic cleaning procedures during operation, while printhead cleaning can also be started manually when required.
Waste ink is collected in a separate container. During operation, its fill level should be monitored and the container emptied periodically in accordance with the user manual.
The control panel includes Power, Clean, Load and Start/Stop buttons. A separate Emergency Stop button is provided for immediately stopping the equipment.
