Warranty and service

MPrint Printers manufactures professional equipment for food printing, UV printing and engraving. We pay close attention to build quality, equipment checks before shipping and technical support after purchase.

Before shipping, each machine is checked, configured and tested. Our goal is for the customer to receive working and verified equipment that can be used in production after correct connection and startup.

We provide warranty coverage, free training, technical support, and consultations on startup, maintenance and operation. If needed, our specialists can provide remote assistance via AnyDesk to help with equipment setup, software checks and initial diagnostics.

Warranty period

MPrint Printers equipment is covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s commercial warranty from the date of purchase or the date the customer receives the equipment, unless otherwise stated in the invoice, agreement, commercial offer or warranty document.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in electronic, mechanical and structural components that occur during normal equipment operation in accordance with the user manual.

For consumer buyers in European Union countries, this manufacturer’s commercial warranty does not limit statutory rights provided by EU law and the national law of the buyer’s country.

What is included in the warranty

  • recommendations for proper maintenance;

  • repair or replacement of faulty components in case of a manufacturing defect;

Pre-shipment inspection

Before the equipment is shipped to the customer, it undergoes an internal inspection and testing. Depending on the equipment model, we check:

  • operation of mechanical units;
  • operation of electronic components;
  • equipment connection;
  • movement of the work table or printing platform;
  • software operation;
  • print or engraving quality;
  • basic equipment settings.
Remote setup, launch and online equipment diagnostics

Free training and remote assistance

After purchasing MPrint Printers equipment, the customer receives free training on start-up, setup and proper equipment use.

During training, we explain how to connect the equipment, prepare it for work, use the software, perform basic maintenance and avoid common mistakes.

If needed, our specialists can provide remote assistance via AnyDesk: check settings, install drivers, configure software and perform initial online diagnostics.

What is not covered by the warranty

The warranty does not cover faults, damage or failures caused by the following:

  • incorrect equipment start-up;
  • operation without following the user manual;
  • lack of regular maintenance;
  • use of unsuitable inks, liquids or materials;
  • unauthorized repair or modification of the equipment;
  • mechanical damage, dropping or impact;
  • water, ink, food coloring, syrup, cream, glaze, oil, dust or other contamination entering the equipment;
  • damage caused by voltage fluctuations or incorrect power supply;
  • improper storage or operating conditions;
  • damage during transportation caused by improper packaging;
  • natural wear of parts and consumables.
The warranty also does not cover indirect losses related to equipment downtime, unfulfilled orders, loss of profit, production delays or other commercial losses of the customer.

Print head and ink system

The print head and ink system components are sensitive parts of the equipment. Their service life depends on proper start-up, ink quality, regular maintenance, storage conditions, frequency of use and compliance with the user manual.

The warranty does not cover clogging, drying, mechanical damage or print head damage caused by improper operation, long equipment downtime, use of unsuitable inks, incorrect cleaning or failure to follow maintenance instructions.

How to submit a warranty request

If the equipment is not working correctly, contact us before attempting repair or disassembly yourself.

Shipping equipment for repair

If the equipment needs to be shipped for diagnostics or repair, it must be securely packed. We recommend keeping the original packaging throughout the warranty period.

Damage caused during transportation due to incorrect or insufficient packaging is not considered a warranty case.

Unless otherwise agreed separately, the buyer pays the cost of shipping equipment or components to and from the service center.
